Anita Grace Edwards is the owner and practicing attorney licensed by the state bar of California since 1997. She received a Juris Doctor from Whittier Law School and Bachelors of Arts in Economics/Accounting from Claremont McKenna College.
Mrs. Edwards has sound credentials with more than thirty years of business experience. She is a member of the California State Bar; U.S. District Court, Central District of California; U.S. Court of Appeals for the ninth Circuit; and the Supreme Court of the United States of America. Her business experience includes several years of accounting with a “Big Eight” public accounting firm and over seven years of management experience with Sony Pictures Entertainment. Mrs. Edwards’ breadth of business experience allows her to apply an analytical approach to deciding the merits of a case and a sound litigation strategy to obtaining desired results for her clients. Mrs. Edwards holds two published opinions which reflect her commitment and tenacity for strong advocacy.
Mrs. Edwards is also certified as an SPHR (Senior Professional in Human Resources) with the Human Resource Certification Institute and has extensive training experience in the areas of Business Law, Employment Law and Human Resource management. Mrs. Edwards serves as an arbitrator for the Los Angeles County Bar Association and family law mediator for Long Beach Court.
